Decade of Design. Depth of Strategy.

I didn't arrive at this work through a conventional path — and that's precisely what makes me good at it.

I was the kind of learner that existing systems weren't built for. I know what it feels like to sit in a classroom and be unable to assemble understanding from instruction that has no connection to who you are or what you already know. That experience didn't leave me when I became the one standing at the front of the room — it sharpened me. It gave me a practitioner's understanding of how the mind constructs meaning, and a personal stake in designing learning that accounts for the full range of how people think, process, and perform. The transition from classroom to consulting was less a career pivot and more a necessary expansion toward work centered on critical decision-making, behavior change, and the intersection of what people need and what motivates them to act.

What I bring to every engagement is something that can't be credentialed. I've spent my life learning to read the dynamics of every room, name the gap between what's expected and what's actually known, and build solutions under pressure. That instinct was never a professional choice — it was a survival skill that became a professional standard.

In practice, I work the way I'd want a specialist to work with me. Organized, transparent, and diagnostic. I show up with agendas, clear progress tracking, and the honesty to say when something needs to change. I take the consulting relationship as seriously as a physician takes patient care — because that's the standard I'd hold anyone accountable to on my behalf.

I hold a Master of Science in Education in English Education and the CPTD® credential, with over a decade of experience across health insurance, finance, legal services, child support policy, and education — and four proprietary registered frameworks built from those engagements.

This is the work I was always moving toward.
