Instructional Architecture
A comprehensive design and delivery architecture for building learning programs that move learners from initial exposure to demonstrated competency. The SBM is the structural foundation of the system — governing how a program is sequenced, how content is scaffolded, and how assessment is integrated from the outset rather than appended at the end.
Contextual Scaffolding Tool
A design tool for building the contextual bridges that make content accessible to a target audience — without simplifying it. The ISF translates the meaning of a subject from its source context into one that corresponds with the learner's existing frame of reference, using visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and written modes of engagement to build comprehension from the inside out.
Formative Delivery Measurement Tool
A structured observation methodology that tracks learner development at seven intervals across the full arc of a program — producing actionable data during delivery, not just after it. The LDI measures seven performance markers that span foundational skill development, adaptive application, and self-directed synthesis, giving instructors a precise picture of where each learner is and what intervention, if any, is warranted.
Performance Assessment Rubric
A stage-based rubric that ties every score to an observable level of development — so assessment results are inherently diagnostic rather than simply evaluative. The PSMP operates across two tracks: a three-point scale for comprehension-based performance and a five-point scale for application-based performance. Each point value maps directly to a prescribed next step, making feedback actionable for both the instructor and the learner.
